There are many books written about Amelia Earhart (so you could read any!), but I like this one because it’s written by Amelia herself. She includes some background and history and then uses actual journal entries from her flight in the “Friendship” as she became the first woman to cross the Atlantic by airplane. It is an authentic and courageous voice, someone confident in her abilities but not afraid to take risks and make mistakes. A great role model of authenticity and confidence!
